Terms & Conditions

Order Value Above $5,000:

  1. For orders exceeding $5,000, Wasat International requires a clean irrevocable/transferable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, available at any bank in India.
  2. LC terms are (60-75) days for local materials and (75-90) days for imported materials.

 

Order Value Below $5,000:

  1. For orders less than $5,000, Wasat International prefers 50% advance Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and 50% after final inspection.
  2. An invoice and full packing list will be provided, and the remaining 50% payment must be released by the buyer before goods are handed over to the forwarder.

 

Minimum Order Quantity/Color:

  1. Minimum order quantity depends on the type of product you chose, however we generally has 200 pieces of an item/color in order to make it cost effective.

 

Production Lead Time:

  1. Production lead time is 20-45 days after the approved Pre-Production (PP) sample, depending on style and quantity.
  2. First Proto/Fit sample can be sent within 7-20 days in available color/style.

 

Sample Development:

  1. First proto/fit sample can be sent within 7-12 working days in an available color.

 

Sample Fee:

  1. Samples are available at cost and courier charge.
  2. Sample cost will be refunded on receipt of the first order.
  3. Samples are free for existing customers.

 

Salesman Sample:

  1. Wasat International will charge FOB prices confirmed with the buyer, plus courier charges.

 

Responsibility:

  1. Wasat International is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay after goods have been accepted for shipment by the carrier.
  2. Claims related to shortages or deviations must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of the invoice date to be considered valid.

 

Delivery:

  1. Delivery is quoted from the date of acceptance of the written purchase order, cash payment, letter of credit, or bank transfer.
  2. Wasat International does not accept penalty clauses under any circumstances.

 

Cancellation:

  1. All orders are non-cancellable, and there will be no refund on cancellations.

  3. Wasat International is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during shipping.

  2. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.
  3. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
